THE BELLATOR NYC FIGHT CARD is shaping up well with the promotion adding Lorenz Larkin vs. Douglas Lima for the Bellator Welterweight championship to the card.
Larkin, who has a record of 18-5 to his name, signed with Bellator last week and will be getting a title shot in his first fight in the promotion. Larkin headed into free agency after winning four of his last five fights and holds victories over names like Robbie Lawler, Neil Magny and Jorge Masvidal.
Lima, meanwhile, regained the Welterweight title after beating Andrey Koreshkov back in November 2016. Bellator NYC will be the next event from Bellator after the Bellator 180 card, which will be headlined by Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva .It also has the recently announced Fedor Emelianenko vs. Matt Mitrione as the co-main event.
