Cody Garbrandt vs. Dominick Cruz official for UFC 207, Will co-main event
AFTER MONTHS FILLED WITH RUMORS, UFC finally confirmed Cody Garbrandt vs. Dominick Cruz for UFC 207. The Bantamweight title bout will co-main event the pay-per-view which will be headlined by the returning Ronda Rousey and Amanda Nunes.
Cody had being campaigning for a title shot ever since his knockout win over Thomas Almeida but he needed another major win over Takeya Mizugaki to convince the UFC officials. Cruz, on the other hand, is yet to suffer a defeat in nearly a decade with his latest win coming against Urijah Faber at UFC 199.
