FantasyCaptains: Our picks for the BAN v ENG Tests

BANGLADESH WILL take on England in the two-match Test series starting tomorrow and after suffering a defeat in the ODIs, the hosts would like to have one back in their favour over the next fortnight.

As we saw in the ODI series, many marquee names from the England side didn’t travel to Bangladesh citing security reasons. That said, the big guns, including skipper Alastair Cook are a part of the touring party for the longer version of the game. 

Along with Cook, the likes of Joe Root, Stuart Broad and Gary Balance are back into the mix. On the other hand, the hosts will introduce several new faces into their scheme of things. 

We expect good batting conditions for both the Tests in Chittagong and Dhaka that will certainly bring in the English top-order into play. On the fantasy cricket front, we think you should capitalize on the friendly batting conditions and stick to the batsmen as your captains. 

We also feel that the bowlers, especially the Bangladesh seamers and spinners will struggle.
