Ajay Jayaram settles for Silver at the Dutch GP
TOP SEED Ajay Jayaram failed to get a hat-trick of titles at the Dutch Open Grand Prix as he went down fighting against Tzu Wei Wang 21-10, 17-21, 21-18 in the finals held on Sunday.

The defending champion was looking for a third title as previously he has won in 2014 and 2015. He had an impressive run in this tournament and showed the grit and determination in order to finish at the top.
But unfortunately he couldn't pass the final hurdle but put up a great fight. He later took social media to express his emotions.

Meanwhile, mixed doubles pair of Pranaav Jerry Chopra/Sikki Reddy was ousted in the semi-finals. The 4th seeds lost to Soren/Maiken 21-19, 21-16. The Indian duo were looking to continue their winning run but failed to do so. Previously they won the Russian GP and Brazil GPG. They too took to social media and shared their emotions
