WATCH: How master Malinga helped disciple Bumrah achieve success

INDIAN PACER JASPRIT BUMRAH has been a revelation in the Indian team lately. And, the Gujarat bowler has wholeheartedly thanked Sri Lankan quickie Lasith Malinga for all the advice and help. 

As cricket fans would know, both the pacers have been a part of the Mumbai Indians during the IPL and have also bowled in tandem for MI. 

While Malinga has been the backbone of Mumbai franchise for many years now, Bumrah too has come up the ranks with some invaluable tips from the Lankan great. The veteran bowler has helped the 22-year-old with quite a few tricks of the trade over the past few years, owing to which Bumrah has tasted some success at the highest level. 

Earlier in the week, when India played Sri Lanka, we saw Malinga and Bumrah once again discussing things during the warm-up. On an off-day in Bangladesh, both friends once again got together as Bumrah explained how the current Sri Lankan T20 skipper helped him achieve success.
