Raonic at peace with former coach Ljubicic for joining the Federer camp

MILOS RAONIC’S FORMER coach Ivan Ljubicic might have joined Roger Federer’s team for the upcoming season, but the Canadian seems to be at ease with the Croat’s decision of coaching the great Swiss. Ljubicic and Raonic parted ways weeks before the former pro joined Federer’s camp. 

As reported by TheCourier-Mail, Raonic said, 

“The decision that I wasn’t working with Ivan was before Federer’s announcement. We sat down and it felt like the right decision, more coming from his side.”

The World no. 14 further added that he is not rushing to rope in a new coach. 

“It was very smooth and there are no hard feelings about it. It’s not a hole I’m panicking about filling, but one I will work towards in the right time and when the situation feels right.”
