A year to remember for FC Pune City Academy; summing up their achievements
WHILE THE INDIAN SUPER LEAGUE may not have got any success in the three seasons, FC Pune City's Academy surely gave many reasons for the ISL franchise to celebrate. The team participated in various tournaments and won quite a handful of them.
In a video shared on social media, FC Pune City summed up a eventful year gone by. Here are the highlights of their achievements in the 2016-17 season.
- Under 11 team won the Adidas Uprising Tournament
- Under 14 won the SRPF Tournament
- Under 16 won the Goa Elite Super Cup 2017
- Under 18 won the IFA Shield 2017. Also was the first ISL team to participate in the tournament
- Women's team won three Cups back to back. Also the first ISL team to participate in the Indian Women's League
