UFC Auckland Results: Mark Hunt Gets an impressive win

UFC AUCKLAND proved to be a cracking card. Filled with a handful of first-round finishes worth the highlight reel, the fight night saw Mark Hunt pick up an impressive win over Derrick Lewis.

The fight went into the fourth round, much to the surprise of many fans and Hunt was seen picking apart Lewis. Lewis seemed gassed out heading into the later rounds and eventually, it cost him the fight as well.

In the co-main event saw Derek Brunson finish Daniel Kelly in the first round. With the win, Brunson bounced back from his recent disappointments. Dan hooker and Ion Cutelaba also went home with finishes with Hooker finishing Ross Pearson in the second round and Cutelaba finishing Henrique Da Silva in the first.

Another interesting performance of the night came from Ben Nguyen who defeated Tim Elliot via submission in the first round.
