#TFGinterview: Bharat Kandare has a message For his fans and doubters

AFTER A LONG GAP OF nearly four years, Bharat Kandare returned to the MMA cage at Brave 5. Ahmed Faress, who is ranked first in the Tapology’s Bantamweight rankings for the Middle East, was Bharat’s opponent at the event.

Kandare vows to come back strong

Midway through the first round, Ahmed forced Bharat to tap out and marked an end to the Indian’s five-fight winning streak.

Talking exclusively to The Fan Garage, Bharat revealed that he was suffering from a knee injury and thanked his physio for the treatment.

Bharat Kandare: I have to thank Shabresh sir for his physiotherapy at the Tardeo YFC gym. Two weeks before the fight, I was not able to stand due to my knee injury. Only because of his treatment I was able to fight. He did not charge me for the treatment at all. I would like to thank him and say that I really appreciate it.

The Mumbai-based fighter promised that he will come back soon and even had a strong message for his doubters.

Bharat Kandare: I could not pull back from this fight because I was representing my country. I did not feel bad when I lost the fight. But I could not perform at my best. However, I promise to my fans and family that in my next fight I will give my hundred per cent. And to those who say Bharat Kandare has no level, I will show you all mother*ckers what an Indian fighter can do. I will be back soon.

Bharat currently has a professional record of 5-2 to his name and you can read more about him here: #TFGinterview: I was supposed to fight in UFC in 2014 -- In conversation with Bharat Kandare
