AFTER A GAP OF 7 DAYS DOMESTIC FOOTBALL will be back in action. The Federation Cup, the League Cup tournament started in the year 1977. Mohun Bagan are the current champions and have also won the Cup the maximum number of times i.e. 14. They beat Aizawl FC in last year's final.
This year, unlike last year, the tournament will be played as a single-legged format at a neutral venue, the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, Odisha.
