All credit to DD's management for supporting me in my tough moments : Sanju Samson

RISING PUNE SUPERGIANT were hammered by Delhi Daredevils in the ninth game of the 10th edition of IPL, at Maharashtra Cricket Association, Pune.The Delhi franchise prevailed over the hosts by 97 runs as Sanju Samson rightfully stole the limelight for smashing his maiden IPL century.

Striking 102 off 63 balls, Samson termed his knock as one of the best of his life. In an interaction with IPLT20.com, the promising batsman said,

“I think it’s one of the best knock of my life, and I am very happy it has come off in IPL. I am very happy it has come at the start of the tournament; it is a very long way to go. Hope I keeping adding to my team’s success.”

The Kerala-lad dedicated his ton to the DD management and attributed his form to the encouragement from coach Paddy Upton and mentor Rahul Dravid. 

“The dedication must go to the Delhi Daredevils management part; I think Rahul sir, Rubin Bharucha and Paddy Upton and each and every one and throughout. Last year I had a very bad time and they supported me very well, I dedicate this to them.”

The 22-year-old also said that it is his dream is to represent India.

“Every cricketer in India wants to, his dream is to play for the Indian team. If you talk about the Indian team, it is the world’s best cricket team. SO if you want to get into it you want to be something special.”
