Son Wan Ho ends Ajay Jayaram's winning run at the Malaysia SSP QF

AJAY JAYARAM who was the only Indian shuttler to advance in the Malaysia Superseries Premier has finally ended his campaign. In the quarter-finals held earlier today, he was defeated by 5th seed Son Wan Ho in straight games, 21-18, 21-14.

It was after a very long time the fans got to see Ajay in such a top class form but unfortunately couldn't take it further in the tournament. It was a tight first game where it could have gone to anyone but the Korean was the better out of the two.

The second game was completely dominated by Wan Ho who didn't allow Ajay to take any easy points thus emerging as the winner.

With Ajay's exit, it ended the Indian participation at the tournament.
