Mohammed Farhad Scheduled to fight at Brave 5

Brave Combat Federation has announced that Mohammad Farhad will be back in action at the fifth edition of Brave to be hosted in India. Farhad is the first Indian athlete to score a TKO victory in Brave Combat Federation.

Farhad set to make a return

The Mumbai-based fighter shocked the MMA world with an impressive TKO win over his Moroccan opponent Badr-Eddine. According to Tapology rankings the Indian fighter is ranked 4th among 111 active Pro Bantamweights in Middle East. Farhad will be going against the prospect from Icon Jiu-Jitsu Switzerland, Aziz Julaidan.

Mohammad Farhad is one of the few Indian Mixed Martial Artists who was mentored by legends such as Royce Gracie, Gokan Saki and Mike Passenier. Farhad broke into the Indian MMA scene with his vicious TKO victories which were aggressive and calculated.

The bantamweight fighter based out of Mumbai currently holds a solid record of 10-2-0 with all the ten wins coming by way of TKO. He has a strong Muay-Thai background to show off and was a five-time state champion and a two-time national champion in the sport. His latest stint at Bollywood was when he was featured in the film ‘Baaghi’ which starred Tiger Shroff in the lead role.

"I am confident that I will win and my journey towards the championship will prevail. All that I earned had been fought and won, nothing was easy or free. Aziz will learn it the hard way. I am stepping into the cage to hunt him down." said a confident Farhad as he trained with his camp at Team Relentless, Mumbai.
